Please take note of the following information when purchasing a pair of Lama Peach shoes:
The regular use of a protector spray will help to guard against staining and water penetration but please note that it will not make the shoe waterproof.
Leather soles are, of course, a natural product and are porous. For this reason they should not become excessively wet.
Wet shoes should always be left to dry naturally and never by artificial heat.
Leather soles, over a period of time, will wear away even under normal conditions, making it necessary for the sole to be repaired. To prolong the life of your Lama Peach shoes and boots we suggest that fine rubber 1/2 soles are fitted.
Heels should not be allowed to wear down excessively as this will cause damage to your shoes and boots.
Leather shoes and boots need regular cleaning and care with wax polish or shoe creams. Select the closest colour to your shoes or boots – if in doubt use a neutral polish. Remove all surface mud and dust with a damp cloth before cleaning.
Colourfastness cannot be guaranteed on suede, nubuck or unlined leathers.
The use of a shoehorn will prevent damage to the backs of your shoes and boots and the use of a shoetree will maintain the shape.
Due to the fine nap of suede uppers, extra care should be taken when cleaning. Gentle use of a suede sponge will remove most stains.
lamapeach.com regrets that we cannot accept a complaint once our shoes have been repaired. So there.
